I offer a variety of personal training services to my clients. Each program is built based on the client’s goals, desires, and current fitness level.
Weight Loss
This is a resistance based weight loss program with a healthy diet and cardio routine. If you’re looking to get in shape for your wedding or drop 100 pounds, this is the program for you.
Sport Specific
As a professionally trained athlete for many years, I have the tools to make you a better athlete in your chosen sport. We can build together a sport specific program for you to help you increase speed, agility, and/or your vertical jump. We’ll also focus on overall strength and conditioning; where you may be lacking outside of your sport.
Functional
This program is for people whose main concern is getting back a healthy, strong body. We’ll work on core, balance, coordination, flexibility, and full range of motion.
Muscle gain
Feeling a little skinny? This program is for men and women that would like to enhance their muscle definition and gain mass. We’ll focus on muscle gain and toning by use of weights and your own body weight to build lean muscle and reduce fat.
Rehabilitation
This program ranges for people who’ve had a minor sports injury to people that have had serious setbacks like a stroke. We’ll focus getting you back to square one so you can enjoy your sport or life.
Fit Mom
Becoming a mom is an amazing and important time in your life. This doesn’t mean that you should sacrifice your own health and figure. This program is for moms to be who may be feeling a little bloated and want to stay fit throughout their pregnancy. Staying fit may help you in the delivery room and will help give you stamina for those sleepless nights. We continue this program after you give birth to quickly get you back the body you had when you met your husband.
