I have been involved in sports and fitness for most of my life.  I played sports all through high-school, college and then was lucky enough to play professional volleyball in Europe for 7 years. From this experience I have learned that dedication, persistence, and hard work are necessary for success.

This is the philosophy I take when training you.

I am dedicated to helping you meet your goals.  But, I cannot do this alone.  You have to be present, committed, and ready to apply yourself.

A solid fitness program can be the difference between feeling good and feeling awesome. I am passionate about making a difference in your life. Besides achieving fitness goals, I strive to improve the way you feel about your body, health, and yourself.

I train clients at various places which include; The Spectrum Club, their home, the beach, and at the park. With the right tools, almost any place can become a great environment to workout. My current clients include stroke victims, elite athletes, and people who want to lose weight.

My certifications include:  National Academy of Sports Medicine, National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association, and National College of Exercise Professionals Stretch technician.
