		<description>First, being that they were fit before having kids greatly increses their chances of being fit after kids. With the time restraints that come with having kids, the best thing to do is intensify shorter workouts by doing circuits and shorten cardio by doing intervals. Both of these give the results of long workouts in half the time.</description>
