I hope you had fun putting a workout together! In the comment section, you can post your workout to give others ideas. The challenge for today is to do 1 full hour of steady state cardio. Keep your heart rate between 50%-65% of your maximum heart rate without going over or under. So would this be a fast walk for me?

You could probably run or jog depending on the shape your cardio is in. For some, walking would keep in the heart rate range and for others it would be a jog or light run.
