		<description>On the 1 leg squat, you are only squatting a quarter of the way down. Til your butt touching your calf is way too far. Squat about 35 degrees or so. That is almost half way if you were going to sit in a chair. And as for the &quot;Dragon&quot;, definitely. I talked to him earlier in the week and he is primed and ready!</description>
