		<description>It&#039;s true about balance poses in yoga.  I am a super star when it comes to arm balances and doing handstands...but when it comes to doing standing poses, I&#039;m all over the place.  Chad told me to activate my core when doing the standing poses and it totally worked.  I was way more in control.</description>
